Qualifications Must be 25 years of age. Must have or be able to acquire a TWIC card at time of employment. Tanker Drivers must have a valid HAZMAT and Tanker endorsement Must have or be able to get a valid DOT Medical. Must have Examiners Certificate at time of employment. Must be able to pass a drug screen. No more than 3 moving violations in the past 5 years. No more than 1 accident in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 5 years.
