Truck Driver Job in Elkhart, Indiana

CDL Drivers -OTR, M-F, ALWAYS home on weekends (unless special circumstances apply at which point, drivers are paid more). -No experience is necessary, but it is preferred. -Must be local enough to drop off their company truck to Penske Elkhart location on Toledo road. -Professional attire required at all drop off points. -Comdata card supplied for fuel. -Direct Deposit only. -NO advances given ($100 cash given to each driver to cover any incidentals. Must provide receipts to show what they spent money on if they used it). -Secure lot for storing personal vehicles while on the road. -Sanitized and clean truck/mattress provided. -First week of working onsite in the yard learning proper techniques of hookup/drop off procedure. Paid out at $18/hour (same as breakdown rate should it apply). Benefits -56 cents per loaded mile for the first 6 months, bumped up to 60 cents per mile after 6 months (loaded and unloaded miles apply). -$8,000 sign on bonus paid out at 2K every month. -Company smart phone provided for logging, contact info, and check calls -Full Benefits offered at the beginning of the first full month of employment (medical, dental, vision, retirement plan) Requirements -No experience necessary, but preferred (training and job shadowing required for all drivers.
