The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for providing a welcoming, punctual and safe environment to guests while transporting them. The Shuttle Driver will also be responsible for assisting with any guest/group transportation as needed. Should give a good impression of hotel when guest arrive. Always monitor Trump International Standards. Give all guest good and personal service. Assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel. Execute safe and efficient transportation of guests to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations, as well as maintain a friendly and positive attitude every day Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day Be familiar with all local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately Inspect vehicle for operating condition and rectify any deficiencies (i.e., tire pressure, oil/fuel/water levels) Communicate vehicle maintenance needs to Management Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings Communicate any delays, problems and passenger needs with Management
