We are looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator/CDL Recruiting Specialist in Arlington, Texas. Supreme Driver Recruiting is a commercial driver staffing and placement agency providing FMCSA qualified commercial truck drivers to our customers. Our goal is to match experienced Class A and Class B commercial truck drivers with our customers that have an immediate transportation need. Ideal Candidates - Knowledge of FMCSA rules, and has worked as a dispatcher for transportation/logistic company or for a staffing company as a Staffing Coordinator. Responsibilities: Coordinating with customers on a daily basis to fill open job orders Accurately maintaining all customer job orders in database Contacting drivers and relaying all job assignments on a daily basis Interviewing candidates Advertising for open positions Assist account manager with business development and customer relationships Qualifications: . Prior staffing and/or transportation experience preferred Must have strong written and oral skills Must have a positive attitude Must have excellent customer service skills Must have strong administrative skills Must be self motivated and be able to work alone Be familiar with Microsoft word, excel and outlook Must be very proficient with a PC Be available to be on call after normal business hours Use independent judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements Hours of operation: 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday and be available after hours for customer requirements.
