I created my trucking company to help drivers from what i has seen a lot of the issues where on the road was home time and consistency/pay along with being treated like so i made my company to reflect the hard working drivers and reward them for what they do with good home time (when they want) and decent pay along with treating drivers with respect they deserve compared to all the big corps who don't care my company wants to grow to a small mom and pops owned company to help the drivers build a normal life while still making very decent $
