We are the only ones in this industry with a substantial signup bonus. We reward highly experienced drivers, and veterans with an even higher pay rate. - CDL Class A License with at least 2 years of experience and a clean and safe record - Report any issues or incidents to dispatch immediately - Respect your co-workers, management and the company. We are a family and are all in this together. - Our trucks are brand new 2021 Volvo VNL 760's, with the nicest sleeping quarters in the business. - $1,000 safe driving bonus for every month on the road - Loyalty bonus for every year of service - $3,500 to $5000 sign on bonus depending on experience paid after 3 months of employment. - All drivers take their trucks home or close to home in paid parking lot. Drivers do not share trucks. - All trucks are replaced every 24-36 months. We only use new equipment which reduces downtime for repairs and breakdowns.
