Area of Operation (A.O.): 1. Drivers will operate primarily within the states of AR, LA, TX, OK, IL, IN, OH, KS, TN, and Eastern Colorado Key elements of professional driving position: 1. Operate late model Navistar and Freightliner Class 8 OTR sleeper units 2. Automatic transmissions as requested 3. Equipped with coolers and CoPilot GPS and navigation system 4. Pull 53/102 late model Dry Van trailers 5. Commodities hauled include retail merchandise, beverage containers, alcoholicbeverages, bottled water and soft drinks from bottlers, paper stock, and corrugated containers 6. No touch freight 7. Paid detention with documentation 8. High operational tempo with daily pick up and deliver freight leading to 5 loads weekly Expected compensation: 1. Home Weekly Regional drivers average $1000-$11... gross pay weekly 2. Home Weekly Regional drivers will be paid weekly Assurance Pay, when available for dispatch, but operation circumstance precludes the attainment of at least $850 weekly gross pay 3. Expected weekly miles of 2200 average. 4. Mileage pay of $.48- $.49 CPM based upon experience 5. 5-6 days out with 2 days weekly home time with occasional weekend home time. Home time is defined as through the house not earlier than 5PM at earliest for first day of home time. Then driver must leave the house late afternoon/ early evening the second day of hometime. 6. Orientation Pay: $500 and $200 Wal-Mart gift card paid out: $300 Wal-Mart gift card week one and $200 week two. 7. $1,000 New Driver Bonus paid out: $200 at 3... days and $400 at 180 days 8. Productivity Bonus of .01 - .03 Cents per mile paid out monthly 9. $250 Safety Bonus paid out quarterly 10. Paid detention with proper documentation 11. Lay-over pay of $75 per day after the first 24 hours of layover 12. Break down pay of $100 after the first 24 hours of breakdown 13.
