Truck Driver Job in Newark, Delaware

Wiley Corporation is looking to immediately hire an established Class-A driver willing to run our FedEx Custom Critical contract to our team! It is a Regional Tractor Trailer position. $$GREAT PAY AND BONUSES$$ The starting pay is .65 - .70 cpm depending on experience. * $5,000.00 Sign-on bonus available after successful completion of 90 probation. * Quarterly Safety Bonuses * Mileage incentive....drive 2,700 miles or more a week earn an additional bonus of $250 on your check weekly!!!!! The more you drive the more you earn!!!!! *1099's or W-2's. Health Benefits after 90 days of employment. LOADS** Drivers will load in Newark, Delaware, deliver to Massachusetts/Upper State New York and Virginia. The loads are on Sunday late morning or early afternoon (on average loading takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour) and go on the road Monday- Thursday . You will also have time during the week to go home when you reload! * Off on Weekends and all major holidays!!!! 90% of customers off load trailers; some of our customers require off loading with a pallet jack there is no forced dispatch. 13-speed Manual Transmission 76” raised roof double bunk, fully loaded While on home-time the truck may be parked at your home or at designated FedEx Custom Critical facility. Responsibilities: * Safely operate a Tractor/Trailer * Follow all of FedEx requirements for each shipment * Carry a positive image with clients * Report any issues or incidents to dispatch and owner * Pre-trip and Post-trip Inspections before and after trips * No force Dispatch Qualifications: *Must pass FedEx application process which includes Drug testing, MVR and Background check (no misdemeanors within 3 years or felonies within 7 years) * Minimum of 1 year verifiable Tractor/Trailer driving experience, excluding training period, within the past 2 years * NO more than 2 MVR's within the past 3 years. * No more then 1 preventable accident within the past 3 years. * No citations driving over 15mph within the past 3 years. * No DUI's within the past 5 years * Class A Commercial driver's license * Hazmat Endorsement required or must acquire within 90 days of hire * Ability to work together as a team * Strong work ethic If you meet all of the requirements above, send me a message ASAP!!
