We are currently looking for full-time Non-CDL (CDL is a PLUS) truck drivers to work as Independent Contractors and drive Sprinter Cargo Vans to and from long-distance destinations, terminal to terminal. Yes, you can have a regular Valid Drivers License! *(Must have 2-3 years of Delivery Driving Experience)* SEE THE COUNTRY! We Travel to 48 STATES! Requirements: ***WE ARE LOOKING FOR DRIVERS FAMILIAR WITH DRIVING FREIGHT TO DIFFERENT STATES. *MUST BE WILLING TO STAY OUT AT LEAST 1-2 WEEKS! We would prefer drivers who are able to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time. (Average is between $600-$180... per week) Pay depends on loads delivered. · Terminal to Terminal Operation DRIVER DUTIES: · · Drive a Company Cargo Van (approx. 300 cu......) or 14ft Box Truck · · Lift, pull and push products up to 50 pounds · · Move materials off racks and load into van for shipment · · Stand, squat, kneel, bend/twist neck and waist, occasionally · · Use hands repetitively and power/simple grasp occasionally · Get Cargo Safely from one point to the next · Keep in constant contact with team members MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS · 25 years of age or older · Own a smartphone and be comfortable using electronic handheld devices · Pass a Drug Test (random screenings moving forward) · Possess a valid Driver License · Clean Driving Record (No accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years) · Undergo a Background and Motor Vehicle Report · At least 2-3 years of OTR driving experience (mandatory) · Punctuality Required. (We Must ALWAYS be ON TIME) · Flexibility – must be able to adapt to last minute schedule changes · Proactive – able to make simple but critical decisions on their own. · Mechanically Inclined *Preferred but not required* · Read, write and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway and traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, read a bill of lading · Work various shifts and days of the week · Experience in different states and different weather conditions is preferred.
