Drive: Monday-Friday
For trainees (Newer Drivers), we pay a flat fee of $800-$120... per week (assuming they are out on the road the full week)
For trainers (experienced drivers), it's a unique setup, but depending on miles driven they make $1500-$25... per week.
Experienced drivers who team with experienced drivers split the miles and we pay 0.70-0.75 depending on experience.
We have internationals, a couple Peterbilts, a couple Volvo's
FedEx requires an extensive background check that takes up to 3 weeks to finish out.
