Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced truck driver to transport goods and materials to various locations. The successful candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record. Responsibilities: Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials to various locations Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and cargo Follow traffic laws and regulations Maintain accurate logs of travel and cargo Communicate with dispatchers and other personnel to coordinate pickups and deliveries Ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured Report any mechanical issues with the vehicle Qualifications: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) 1-2 years of experience driving tractor-trailers Clean driving record Ability to read and interpret maps and driving instructions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move cargo up to 50 pounds Will be required to sit for long periods of time and operate a vehicle in all weather conditions.
