Inspect product load for accuracy, and safely move it to ensure timely and complete delivery. Move controls to drive gasoline- or electric-powered trucks, cars, or tractors and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas. Manually or mechanically load and unload materials Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and fueling. Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data. Turn valves and open chutes to dump, spray, or release materials Sample load/cow samples for antibiotics, pH, and other possible inadequacies Wash/sanitize bulk tank interior, hose and pump compartment, vents, and vent covers via manual or automatic controls Maintain clean work environment, clean wash tanks, and complete documentation required by agriculture agencies and/or the dairy plant Comply with all processes and procedures of SQF 2000 to assure safe, quality product Report loads that are positive for antibiotics or other milk inadequacies
