Summary of Experience Exceptional customer service skills highly desirable Previous volunteer management experience highly desirable Previous driving experience required Donation based retail driving recommended Responsibilities and Duties Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Habitat for Humanity Maintains a calm demeanor during changing environments, unusual events, and traffic; maintains flexibility and team player attitude Anticipates donor needs by constantly evaluating environment for cues Delivers legendary customer service to all donors by acting with a donor comes first attitude and connecting with the donor Follows Habitat for Humanity operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all volunteers, donors, and staff Maintains a clean, organized, safe vehicle for a pleasant donor and volunteer experience Maintains regular and punctual attendance Qualifications and Skills Meet store operating policies and standards, store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation Engage with and understand our donors, including discovering and responding to donor needs through clear and pleasant communication Available to perform many different tasks with flexibility Ability to lift at least 75 pounds safely with reasonable accommodation Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to learn quickly Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to build relationships with donors STRONG defensive driving skills; clean driving record REQUIRED Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00 /hour
