We believe in giving our drivers all the necessary tools for them to be successful on the road. With the combination of postive attitude of our drivers & training of our operations, we know our drivers will be successful. We are looking for experienced CDL A Solo Drivers to serve our clients with logistics needs in a safe and timely manner. Starting pay is .50 cents per mile, with bonus, and potential to increase with time with company - Minimum 2 years of driving history - Clean driving record (NO DUI's in the last 5 years) - Experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS & ELD) - Must be compliant (Cannot be prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse) - Must have Team driving history - Must be able to drive in all states - Ability to be reliable - Ability to be efficient - Self Motivated (Go Getter Mentality) - Must be ok with multiple stops (Pickup & Delivery) - Must have a positive attitude (Very Important) -Ability to adapt to changing situations -Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
