Truck Driver Job in Victorville, California

Hi my name is Grayland. My father and I bought a truck and it has been great! Now we are looking for someone that is Southern California based that is willing to put the work in and make great $$$ and build a company with us. Our goal for this individual is to run the truck and as we purchase more trucks - will help recruit and train new drivers - becoming a manager. We are open to selling the truck to the individual after 2 years of driving. Basic Requirements: - Need 1 year of OTR experience - Clean record - Hazmat Endorsement (if you don't have it, we can help with that) - Southern California Based - Must be willing to do OTR (regional when weather is bad) - Ownership mentality - treat the truck like it is yours, treat the business like it is yours Pay: - Percentage of each load - Can range anywhere from $1000 - $... / week (i.e. Carson CA to Richmond VA would pay approximately $2,000 - ...) - Will earn weekly pay from drivers they recruit and/or train (e.g. $0.05/mile they drive) - 1099 Contractor Benefits: - Flexible schedule (21 day/month minimum requirement) - Build a business - become a manager - Will pay for hotel for 34 hr resets - Can pay for medical/dental but will be deducted from pay - Liability & Workers comp insurance provided - Holidays off Feel free to text or email me for more information: 951-760-...
