Marietta Wrecker is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Heavy-Duty Wrecker Division. *This is a night-shift position. The scheduled shift is as follows: Week 1- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Week 2- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Off Saturday). Pay is by commission only and candidates can expect to make $70,000-$... the first year. Marietta Wrecker Service offers local and long-distance towing, swap outs, pull starts, and power only. All operators are required to pass an extensive training program before going out on the road alone. In addition to providing Towing Services, Marietta Wrecker Service also offers Recovery Services that include rollovers, load shifts/transfers, winchouts, decking and undecking. We offer a full line of support equipment ready to assist in any situation resulting from an accident or overturn truck. Marietta Wrecker Service specializes in performing recoveries swiftly and efficiently. Individuals must have a CDL A and will have to provide a clean driving record via MVR and pass a background check. Marietta Wrecker is a drug and alcohol free work place. Please see the following details for more information. Key Responsibilities Execute calls given by Fleet Manager. Have knowledge and understanding of MWS customer base and rates. Provide service while having a sense of urgency and abiding all safety requirements. Provide accurate rates and mileage to customers. Ability to take direction from the Fleet Manager. Effectively study a map or use GPS to arrive at destination. Operate ALL equipment with care including washing/cleaning truck weekly. Thoroughly understand and abide by all safety standards. Ability to effectively handle pressure. Demonstrate responsiveness to requests from others and provide assistance when needed. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures. Job Types: Full-time, Commission
