Here’s what we’re offering to those that want to be a part of the family: • Driver mileage rate of $0.67 for Solo drivers and $0.80 split for Team drivers. • $5,000 sign-on bonus payable over the first 6 months after 90 days of employment • Detention Pay of $15.00/hr after the first 2 hours. • A benefits package that starts the first of the month after 30 days that consists of: • 10 hours of PTO per month, up to 120 hours – yes, you get time to use in your first year! • BCBS medical/drug plan (2 to choose from) • Dental, Vision, Life, STD • 401(k) with company match • 8 hours of paid volunteer time each year after 1 year of employment – we believe in giving back to our community and removing barriers so all can participate • Modern equipment • Comdata Fuel Cards • No-touch freight • NO NY/Northeast routes! • Referral bonus program Here is what you’ll do: • Be a part of an amazing company and an epically awesome team! • Live out our culture of ownership, accountability and collaboration. • Have an extreme sense of ownership treating every person, every function, every piece of equipment and everything you do as if you were the owner of the company. • Roll through the country pulling 53’ boxes with modern equipment primarily in west coast lanes, and show true dedication to your driving partner and Flavor Freight. • Perform all pre-trip and post-trip inspections. • Understand Reefer controls, maintain proper temperatures on all refrigerated loads. • Complete all required paperwork promptly, and have a strong attention to detail. • Live the life of customer service and maintain on-time pickup and delivery of freight • Represent yourself and Flavor Freight in the best possible light, with a professional manner, positive attitude and Logo attire.
