Our loads are strictly from them so that means you will always have loads when you want to go on the road. Having loads from Amazon is very convenient because most of the loads we book are drop and hook, Power only. So you don’t have to wait hours to pick up or drop off like those other companies make you wait. We value your time because if you’re making money, we are making money! Truck Driver Job Responsibilities: * Drive and operate trucks. * Be on time to pick up and drop offs. * Make sure your Eld has no problems and is always up to date. * Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps. * Pre-inspect truck. * Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed. * Load and unload cargo. * Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times. * Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. [Work Hours] We will work with you on this. If you want to go out on the road we will send you out for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or as many weeks as you would like. And when you want to come home we will have you have as soon as we can. Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications: * Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge * Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout day * Able to pass random drug tests * Clean driving record * No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years * Listening and verbal communication skills * Dependability Education, Experience, and Age Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * CDL – Class A for at least 2 years. * Certificate from an accredited CDL school * 21 years or older * At least six months of OTR experience Working with us is a great way to make money. We pay drivers $0.50 a mile and can keep you really busy. Some of our drivers make over $5,000 a week. It all depends on how much you want to work.
