Truck Driver Job in Arlington, Texas

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CDL ATruck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate truck with 53' dry van. Operate and drive truck with dry van. 30% work would be yard to yard and other 70% work requires self pick and delivery. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Ensure that all cargo is delivered in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service. Experience Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driving license (CDL). Minimum 2 year experience is required. Familiarity with operating automatic transmission vehicles is preferred, manual is plus. Experience in loading and unloading various types of cargo. Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving. Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
