Job Type: 1099 position
Salary: 25% gross of every load
Responsibilities:
. Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck (dry van)
. Properly track and document activity log
. Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
. Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck
. Collect and verify delivery instructions
. Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions
Qualifications:
. Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
. Preferred minimum 2 years over the road or CDL tractor-trailer
driving experience
. Must possess a valid Class A Commercial driver's license
. Able to operate electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD)
. Able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and
background check
. Must be punctual responsible and a good communicator
