Truck Driver Job in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description: PAY • .53 cpm . • $10/ stop (5-10 stops per week on avg) • $1,288 weekly avg • $15 per hr for training • $70,000 yearly avg TIME OFF/ SHIFTS • Should expect to work 6 days • Flexible starting time and day off • 1500-220... starting time frame preferable but not required • Drivers should expect to layover 3 times a week in the truck. • Account is designed to be home every other night on a 5.5 day work week. So there is home time throughout the week. • Tours are 1.5 day runs with a layover for each and expectation is 3 tours per week. POSITION DETAILS • Regional position hauling Amazon products to customers (DC's) in SouthernCA and NV Vegas) area. • No touch freight. • Mostly drop and hook. • 5% to 10% of loads are live unload but majority of locations are drop and hook. • Mostly night driving. This may vary depending on the shifts and scheduled loads from Amazon. • Start times will be consistent within a 4 hour time window. • 1800-240... miles a week on avg. • Amazon’s Freight ships 24/7 • Account is based out of the Phoenix yard. • Assigned sleeper trucks that will be parked at the account for time off. • Only time slip seating should occur is when units are down for service or maintenance.
