AAnderson Trucking is an established fleet looking for experienced drivers for our supply chain logistics department. We offer competitive pay at a flat rate or at a starting percentage of 25% of load gross putting you within $2000 - $... per week. Up to 30% of load gross after the 90 probationary period putting you within $2400 - $... per week. Sign-on & Performance Bonuses Available Insurance offered after the 90 probationary period We run mostly in the Southeast & Midwest (We Do Not run in the Northeast Region). We are looking for local, regional drivers as well as long haulers. We are running with new models Kenworth & Volvo with Dry Vans. Drivers' Responsibilities: Transport finished goods/raw materials to & from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items, safety issues & perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes & Meet delivery schedules Document/log work/rest periods; Miles spent driving & Retain all receipts. Input "macros" into our load communication email chain for each stage of the loading/unloading process. Collect & verify delivery instructions. Report defects, accidents or violations promptly. Comply with truck driving rules & regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Looking for Drivers with: at least 2-years proven work experience as a truck driver Ability to handle manual transmission trucks (10/13 speeds). Experience with electronic equipment & software Extensive knowledge of truck driving rules & regulations Clean MVR; Please inform us of minor infractions Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations. Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
