We are seeking a Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team! Responsibilities: Provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods Maintains DOT travel logs according to federal and state regulations using an ELD Safe operation of a flat-bed tractor-trailer Tarps cargo Responsible for vehicle maintenance reporting Must maintain a professional appearance Competencies: Problem Solving/Analysis. Customer/Client Focus. Decision Making. Communication Proficiency. Teamwork Orientation. Work Environment and Physical Demands:: Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally Must be able to apply force to tension/strap bar to secure load Must be able to ascend/descend in a tractor-trailer cab and flatbed trailer Outdoors Qualifications: Previous experience in Flatbed truck driving or other related fields Commercial driver's license CLASS A Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic High School diploma or equivalent Must have at least 6 months verifiable experience in driving GVWR 80,000 Tractor Trailer Ability to pass a DOT-required medical examination and Drug screening Employment and driving records must be satisfactory to meet the company's requirements Flat-bed and tarping experience desirable Must have basic math and analytical skills Must be able to apply force to tension/strap bar to secure load Company Description The owner drives semi-trucks as well and understands a driver's perspective and needs.
