Black Sea Transportation LLC out of Saint Charles, IL is looking for over the road CDL Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement. We need drivers that are willing to stay at least 3 weeks on the road. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience and a clean driving record. We offer guaranteed pay of $1900 flat a week, which is a great, suitable and stable income, especially in the market right now. We need only hard working, responsible drivers that do care about the company and preform on time pick up and deliveries for our customers. The driver’s responsibility is to inspect the truck and trailer on a daily basis and report any issues that need to be addressed immediately to our maintenance department. They must manage their driving hours well and make pick up and deliveries on time. Drivers are responsible for reporting and get approval on their paperwork and freight securement from the safety manager before leaving the shipper. Also, they must report any delays to their dispatchers in timely matter, so the required parties are notified. Drivers must follow all DOT regulations. Drivers are required to drive all their hours on their logbook when needed. After that they could enjoy their 10 hours of rest. The most important thing is for them to make it as close as possible to their destination and be fresh on hours for next workday. Almost always restart is done over the weekend Saturday afternoon and Sunday so they can start fresh on Monday for the new work week. The work week is Monday to Monday. They work for a week and are paid on the following Friday via ACH. The trucks that we have are 2020 Cascadia with Reefer trailers to protect the chemicals from extreme temperatures. The trucks are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.
