We are now hiring CDL drivers who are looking for a long-term career with a fast-growing company in the Northern Colorado area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Operate a tractor-trailer in various driving environments and weather conditions between locations • Driving for extended periods of times • Pre-tip and post-trip inspections of tractor/trailer(s) and when stopped en route • Dropping and hooking trailer(s) and changing equipment as necessary • Flowback • Pressure testing • Displacement • Sellers/half-moon/EDF • Mud transfers • Dust control • Service camps • Water transfers • Other duties as assigned BENEFITS: • Competitive pay • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefit package • Paid Overtime, Paid time off, and Holidays • Employee referral bonus Requirements: An ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: • All drivers must have a Class A CDL with Tankers endorsement • Experience operating side dump, live bottom, vacuum truck, and rolloff • Two years of steady tractor-trailer driving experience • A safe & clear driving record per MVR • Current Medical Card • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen • Read, write and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway and traffic signs • Work various shifts and days of the week /weekend and occasional overnight trips as needed. • Oilfield knowledge is helpful • Applicant should be able to show a positive work history and dependability PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Ability to perform physical work, and to life and carry up to 60 pounds. • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, reach and perform similar body movements. • Ability to drop & hook trailers by stooping, kneeling, walking around tractor. • Ability to talk and hear in person and communicate by telephone with all management and dispatchers are needed. • Ability to see and read instruction, manuals, printing, and characters on a computer screen. • Ability to understand and follow all federal road regulations.
