We are a small trucking fleet looking for professional Class A OTR CDL Drivers. We offer a pleasant working environment and communicate with our drivers to ensure we deliver timely, efficiently and safely. We want someone who knows how to manage time and will treat the truck as if it were your own! ROUTES: At the present, we avoid loads to/from the Northeast/New England area. We primarily cover the Midwest,, South, Southeast and West, when advantageous. We offer competitive pay (30% of load or $25/hr -- your choice), performance bonuses/perks quarterly, and flexible home time. We are looking for long-term drivers who want to be part of a professional and growing brand. We need drivers who are safe, motivated and courteous. We want this experience to be your home away from home and final stop. EQUIPMENT: We are recruiting a driver for a well-maintained 2019 Peterbilt 579 (Automatic), refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, inverter, privacy curtains, iPhone 13-Pro, ELD and Rand McNally GPS Pro 8.0. PAY: Drivers are paid Saturday each week via Zelle (1099). We pay the first week of driving -- no escrows or withholdings. Pay is 30% of load. We want drivers who are comfortable with 600 miles/day. We ensure our drivers are compensated. TRUCK YARD: At present, the truck is operating out of Rolling Meadows, IL. Your location does not matter; this is an OTR position.
