Job Summary The Tank Truck Fuel Driver reports directly to the Fuel Sales Coordinator. The Tank Truck Fuel Driver is charged with delivering fuel to meet customer demands. The Tank Truck Fuel Driver is also responsible for maintaining and operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The Tank Truck Fuel Drivers decisions and actions must reflect the company's desires to provide exceptional customer service and comply with all environmental and safety regulations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Operates equipment engaged in the delivery of bulk fuel products to company and customer locations in a safe and efficient manner. Carries out scheduled keep-full and will-call deliveries and performs deliveries in a safe and efficient manner. Performs all required company and regulatory agency vehicle inspections prior to and following each assigned shift. Prepares and distributes required vehicle inspection forms in accordance with DOT requirements, and prepares and maintains all required forms. Properly handles all Bill of Ladings, Invoices, Chain of Custody Forms, etc when accepting transferring or otherwise handling products. Preserves a safe work environment by maintaining equipment in a clean and orderly manner and in good mechanical condition. Abides by and enforces company policies, standards and Employee Handbook.
