Truck Driver Job in Yakima, Washington

Responsibilities: Conduct demonstrations of driving operations to students. Instruct/Ensure that all students are operating equipment safely and in compliance with DMV requirements. Supervision of assigned student documentation, assignments, attendance, and training records. Administration of skills evaluations 1. Pre trip inspections 2. Basic driving controls 3. Road driving Requirements Must possess a valid Class A CDL Minimum of 2 years of verifiable over the road (OTR) or local driving experience Must have the ability to effectively communicate with others using oral and written skills. Must have the intellectual and leadership abilities to provide over-the-road, basic skills, and classroom instruction. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) Must be reliable and dependable. Must be willing to haul loads as needed.
