FULL TIME OTR TRUCK DRIVER(S) WITH CDL CLASS A (FEDEX GROUND) One of the very first, and the largest Fedex Ground Contractor in SLC is looking for the very best professional OTR CDL drivers. Team driver position. Flexible schedule. Home weekly. What we offer: Equipment: Brand new equipment (2014-20... trucks) Miles: 5000 miles per week per truck. Home weekly. On the road for about 5-6 days at the time, with at least 2 days per week at home for reset. Flexible schedule, drivers can stay at home as often as needed. We've got enough drivers to set you up with another driver, or we can hire a team/family. Driving and routes: Team driving terminal to terminal. All loads are drop and hook, no loading or unloading. Minimal waiting times, if you need to wait over extended period of time - we'll pay you. May turn into dedicated route. Compensation: We pay up to $.52 cents per mile depending on experience and driving performance (with safety/performance bonuses). Paychecks every two weeks. Direct deposit. Average driver’s gross pay is from $4000 to $6000 per month. Benefits: Medical available from day one. 1 week of paid vacation after a year of working for company. Bonuses: We offer mileage bonuses of up to 4 cents per mile. We pay $150 for every perfect DOT inspection regardless of its level. Requirements: CDL License class A Doubles/Triples endorsement At least 21 years old 1 year experience or graduate from an approved school (call for details) Clean criminal record, no felonies in the last 10 years No DUI's in the last 5 years No more than 1 moving violation in commercial vehicle in the last twelve month.
