Truck Driver Job in Linden, New Jersey

Port work is based out of New Jersey. TWIC card is required for this lane (no exceptions), drivers will average 3 to 5 loads per day, and they can work 5 to 6 days/week. The loads will be split into 3 parts, port to destination, port to yard, and yard to destination. Chassis will be provided. Port to yard runs are 10-30 miles Destination runs will be up to 400 miles round trip. Carriers will average 90% of pay $7k-10K ./wk This contract requires the carrier to lease on to our authority, below are the fees associated with the contract and leasing on. One-Time Upfront Fee (These must be paid up front and cannot be deducted from the settlement) Carriers will use our ELD which comes with an exterior(road) facing camera and a tablet for dispatching the loads - $500(1 time fee). RFID Tag is required to enter the port - $105(1 time fee). NJ/NY Sea Link Card - $25(1 time fee).
