OTR Class A CDL Driver Calling All Class A OTR CDL Drivers! Rogers Specialized Freight Inc. is now hiring over the road class A CDL truck drivers. Responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to ; • Drive & Load Equipment • Must be able to work a 70 hour work week (OVER THE ROAD) • Must be able or willing to learn how to secure loads with chains, binders, and straps • No tarping is required ( but is up to preference ) • Willing to Learn/Know how to read and follow permits • Be willing to learn how to change wiper blades, headlight bulbs, and install mudflaps Requirements: • Must be able to work and drive a 70 hour week • Must be able to pass a DOT physical • Must have a MINIMUM of 1.5 years of OTR experience with a clean (5 year) MVR • No Felonies, Weapons Charges, DUI's or Domestic Violence charges. • No hazmat is required • Must be able to access or get permission to get on Military Bases, ports, high-security areas. Every 30/31 days a concurrent 7 days time off will be earned. We provide our employees quarterly and safety bonuses based off of performance as well as major holidays off. Our employees are not financially responsible for truck repairs. We provide Electronic Logging devices, equipment necessary to perform job, and uniforms.
