Truck Driver Job in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description: - Need a responsible truck driver during the day for one of the leading produce wholesale distribution companies in Boston. Our drivers leave our warehouse in Boston every morning and deliver orders to restaurants and other foodservice establishments. Our truck fleet ranges from 14 foot box trucks up to 48 foot trailers. Schedule: - This job requires working 6 days per week, typically 5am to 2pm Requirements: - Must speak English - Must have a valid driver’s license. CDL license is not required - Must be able to provide a driving record and medical card before beginning work - Must have prior truck or van delivery experience - Prior experience in the produce industry or other food distribution companies is preferred, but not required - Must be reliable and trustworthy - Must be friendly and polite when interacting with customers Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation will be based on an agreed upon hourly rate - The work schedule results in approximately 40-50 hours per week.
