We are a family owned company looking for CDL-A Drivers for work in TEXAS ONLY. We have a yard in Seguin, TX with a fleet of 2014-201... Freightliner Cascadia with Sleeper and 10 Speed Transmissions. Drivers Earn 25% of the TOTAL GROSS LOAD PAY! If the load pays $1000, then you make $250 for that Load. If the Load pays $2000 then you make $500 for that load. The goal for our Drivers is to Average $1,500 pay per week take home! We dispatch consistent loads, one after the other all over Texas. Minimum downtime with high paying loads and NO drama or fighting over loads due to availability, favoritism or seniority. We offer competitive pay, and weekly direct deposit to your bank account. Drivers work 15 days on and 3 days off or more with some flexibility. No Touch Dry Van Loads and opportunities to haul Flatbed loads as an option. Full-time time work! REQUIREMENTS: -MUST HAVE: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience and must be 25 years of age or older. -Clean MVR Preferred - No more than 1 moving violations in the last three years. -Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test. -Driver must have knowledge of active DOT rules and regulations, maintain logs, conduct Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR), and other paperwork required by company policies and procedures. -Drivers are required to drive their available DOT HOS in a safely and efficiently. -Must possess and be able to work smartphone/apps to submit required paperwork. -Current DOT Physical Exam Certificate/Card -Profile created in new FMCSA Clearinghouse.
