24 Trucking & Logistics has ONE immediate job opening for dependable CDL A Truck Driver to run loads locally and possibly OTR. COMMUNICATION IS VITAL. We are looking for someone to safely and efficiently operate a tractor trailer and unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. We have two trucks: both are 2008 International SBA 6500/680... MANUAL TRANSMISSION. The company is small and is run by my wife and I. We are not looking to nickel and dime anyone, just trying to make some money and hopefully make you some too! We have experience with both the brokerage and transportation services of logistics. In doing so we have established and maintained contracts with major transportation companies. Our ability to accommodate drivers is what sets us apart from other logistics companies. Drivers who prefer no-touch freight, drop and hook (flat-bed freight), (driver-unload routes) and even (team drivers) are welcomed! WE OFFER: - $700-$110.../weekly depending on experience - Weekly pay (will not withold first week paycheck) - Flexible start time/schedule - HOME DAILY REQUIREMENTS: - 21 years of age - Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) - CURRENT MVR clean driving record (we will work with you depending on the number and types of violations. - Must pass pre-employment drug screen - SOME/NO touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds (most likely not but please keep an open mind; depends on the contract) - Ability to read, write and communicate in English - Winning attitude and approachable personality five six... for immediate response.
