I'm looking for a driver who is ready and willing to run around 2000 miles per week. I'm willing to offer 25% of every load or 1600 per week with production bonuses. I would love to find a driver that know trucks so they will be able to do preventative maintenance. I definitely pay for that but fluids may need topping off sometimes.
