I am an owner of a trucking company that has been in business since 1995. I have several drivers and I do all the dispatching/billing etc. I am honest with my drivers about rates and such. Wage is negotiable. I am open to the point of showing each driver the original rate confirmation sheet and negotiate a rate to where we are both happy.
