Truck driver Job in Houston, Texas

Looking for solo OTR drivers to drive the Texas Region: AZ, LA, OK and TX.

Type of freight: Dry Van
- 85% Drop and Hook
- 99% No Touch
- 1% Haz-Mat Loads
Type of equipment: 2013 or newer Prostars
- most have APU’s and they do allow inverters
- transmission type: 10 speed

Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 22 years old
- Class A CDL
- Minimum experience: 6 months
- Ticket / Accident / Incident Combo: No more than 3 ticket/accident/incident combo in the last 3 years.
- DUI: No more than one during a lifetime and it has to be outside / more than five (5) years ago
- Felonies: Ten (10) years from the conviction date (No drug, sexual or violent offenses)
- Misdemeanors: Five (5) years from the conviction date (No drug, sexual or violent offenses)

Orientation:
- Paid: $125 for the total three day orientation
- Starts and Ends: Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday –Friday
- Location: Indianapolis, IN and Carlisle, PA for NE Regional Drivers
- Travel Provided: Bus, Plane, Car Rental
- Lodging is provided
- Meals provided (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Paid weekly via direct deposit or ComData
- 6-35 months: $0.33
- 36 months: $0.34
- Layover Pay: $50 after 48 hours
- Dock Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 4 (four) hours $150/day max
- Multi-Stop Pay: 1st - $30, 2nd - $40, 3rd - $80, 4th - $100

Rider Policy: Starts from Day one and costs $7 / week; immediate family members, significant other, spouse, and the minimum age is 12 years old during the summer months, and 16 years old during spring, fall, and winter months.
