For faster response, submit your application here: https://....com Job Description and About the Position Patridge Logistics is seeking a OVER THE ROAD CDL class-A Truck Driver in Dallas Fort Worth or the surrounding area with at least 2 years recent experience, no at-fault accidents, and no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years. We are a small fleet with experience and friendly dispatch. We only deliver regional loads and you'll drive no more than 10-14 days consecutive on the road with flexible time off. We offer no touch freight. This is live load and live unload a trailer will be assigned to you. We are family owned and operated and succeed by putting our drivers first. Our drivers are happy and are paid consistently every week with no problems. All of our drivers have been here a long time with us for a reason. We are very open with our drivers and are honest. If its bad we will tell you, if its good we will also tell you. We offer no forced dispatch and DO NOT run all 48 states. We are looking to create long term relationships with our drivers and be able to keep and maintain good drivers on our fleet for the long run. If you are looking for a position where you can come in for 90 days, please do not apply. We are looking to create a long term driver within the company. Majority of our freight is regional as we keep close relationships with our brokers and customers. We offer percent based pay starting out at 20%, if you are a decent driver.....meaning: no excuses, you communicate well, you are a team player, you are organized with your time and clock and have an open mind, you should make well over $1500 every single week running regional. We also maintain and keep a tight schedule on our equipment. All tractor units will come with fully brand new virgin tires and our trailers will have virgin tires or at least 80% or more on tread. Speaking of trailers our trailers are: 53 ft dry van, with swings doors as well as air rides. Every 1.5 weeks we maintain and keep are trucks in the shops for preventative maintenance. Again this is an over the road position and again...although we do not run all 48 states, we do ask that you keep an open mind when running with us. We are hiring in the Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding states. You do not have to live in the state of Texas to apply for this position.
