If you have empty trucks and you need good class A drivers, we can help you finding them. We have a huge pipeline of drivers that are ready to work (interested in a company driver position, rental and lease to purchase program, owner operators), and if you are willing to cooperate with us, we believe that we can fill your trucks in the shortest possible time. Currently we are working with over 50 trucking companies, and that number is always increasing. This is how we work: We find a driver that would be a perfect match for you (based on your offer and requirements) and we send you an email with all driver's information together with CDL and medical card. That means the driver likes your offer and is willing to hear more details from you directly. Then you need to do an interview with the driver and a background check, and if the driver is approved by insurance, we continue the process. It’s important to know that you are NOT paying anything to our agency until the driver starts working with you. Our commission is 1500$ and it’s divided into two parts. The first day that a driver starts driving, you pay the first half of the commission, which is 750$ and 30 days later, if the driver is still with you, you pay the second half. If for any reason the driver doesn’t stay with you for 30 days, you don’t pay for the second half.
