I m looking for a established Owner operator or and small family company that cares about there driver and want to establish driver retention My Option for OTR is hopefully a weekend 34 hr reset or dedicated lanes that will get me home weekly or 3 week out and 5 to 7 days off local position have priority I do enjoy family time but if the pay is over 55cent I m willing to come out I have no violation no accident I am also open to Team driving I prefer Team driving at 70cent split miles
