Experience has taught me that in climbing the Rockies, the equipment has to have horsepower and a strong differential ratio. I avoid driving in packs. The tractor should be able to get around slower moving traffic NO 65 mph. Down time has become a huge pet peeve. Preventive maintenance will be expected on continuous and timely manner. Having well maintained equipment produces profit and I plan to treat your equipment as if I was the owner. Being on the road alone one learns and relies on himself to fix any issues that will arise. Unfortunately I'm not a mechanic but I definitely not intimidated to get underneath a "give it the old college try." Salary requirements consist of minimum $1800 a week (Net).
