• Read and interpret shipping documents. Acquire appropriate signatures for BOLs
• Operate vehicle safely with DOT regulations that govern safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance.
• Perform daily pre and post inspections on truck.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Comply with DOT driving rules and regulations
