e are looking for a few great professional drivers to join our team. Our company specializes in hauling REFRIGERATED, FLATBED, & STEP-DECK freight. We are a true OTR (Over-the-Road) company. Our service lanes are ALL 48 States and sometimes Canada. If you have a minimum of: - 2 yrs. OTR experience - Clean MVR (1 minor infraction okay) - Transportation TO/FROM work in Buckeye, AZ - Would like to drive a 2015 Volvo 670 tractor with i-Shift 12 speed Automatic Transmission. - Pull a late model Trailer - Are a true Over-the-Road truck driver - Can drive anywhere in the continental United States a minimum average of 3,500 miles per week year round. - We prefer truck drivers from the Phoenix area, but if you provide your own transportation to/from Buckeye, AZ all qualified individuals will be considered. COMPENSATION PACKAGE: 1. $0.38/mile on ALL MILES (Loaded and Empty) during probation period 2. $0.40.../mile on ALL MILES (Loaded and Empty) after probation period if you meet the following criteria: a. Neat, Clean-Cut, Well-Groomed, Orderly b. Politeness and Integrity c. Always On-Time d. Available by any means of communication (phone, e-mail, text. . .) e. Good Communicator (e-mail and verbal) and Efficiency f. Safety Record i. Clean DOT Inspections ii. No at-fault Tickets/Accidents iii. Reduced or No Down-Time because the driver always inspects their equipment and finds areas that need to be addressed before it causes late loads, faulty equipment, bad DOT Inspections, etc. . . iv. Updates dispatch and billing department of their arrival/departure times/dates and provides timely and complete paperwork via e-mail via ASSIGNED i-PAD. g. Takes good care of their ASSIGNED EQUIPMENT i. Clean inside the tractor, clean inside swept trailer, and equipment put away neatly ii. Keeps correct tire pressure and any time the company verifies PSI is correctly maintained and the proper air pressure iii. Takes care of maintenance by keeping track of trailer and truck lube and grease jobs, based on a schedule, without reminder from the company iv. Takes care of keeping up to date the paperwork and credentials for the truck assigned and each trailer they are pulling 4. Can and Will make themselves available to run ANYWHERE in the US (Summer or Winter) and is able and/or will install snow chains if neccessary 5. Additional BONUSES TO THOSE WHO RECEIVE: a. Clean DOT Inspections b. Repeated Clean DOT Inspections c. No Violation BONUS d. Etc. . . We are looking for drivers who be able to start ASAP. This is a 1099 CONTRACT-DRIVER positions.
