We are a start up company, Marwaha Transport LLC, with two trucks on road as we speak. I am a successful businessman with multiple successful business running across Mid-Atlantic region. I am venturing out in to trucking due to my long term passion in the business and I see long term value in the industry. I am dedicated to invest in buying new tractor and trailer and I am looking for good experienced class A drivers to drive the trucks. My goal is to go to at least 10 trucks by middle of next year. Compensation: You will be dealing directly with the owner of the company. Your views and ideas to grow the business will be heard. You will be given sign in bonus and your compensation will be based upon percentage of the trucks gross revenue (before any taxes, fuel, tolls etc). More you work, more money you make with me. I believe drivers are the ones who can make or break my company and I am dedicated to treat my drivers fair by compensating them for their work. There will be quarterly bonuses for drivers as well depending upon their personal performance. The days of giving bonuses based on company performance is gone.
